Smoked Salmon with Dill Whipped Cream Cheese

This Hors d’ oeuvre is so simple and easy to make its almost not fair that it has so much wonderful flavor. I usually always have the ingredients needed to make this dish in case I have unexpected company drop by, or I’m super hungry and want something to eat fast.

What You Will Need:

1 Smoked Salmon Filet (Our local seafood shop gets fresh fish everyday and they always have smoked salmon filets to buy)

1 Small Tub of Whipped Cream Cheese (It has less fat and more protein in it)

1 Tbsp Dried Dill

Any kind of Cracker you wish to use.

Prep your Mis en Place 🙂

Turn on the music, I’m listening to ADELE singing Set Fire to the Rain. LOVE IT

Pour Yourself a drink, today I am having a glass of Chardonnay it goes well with this dish.

Pre heat your oven to 325.  Place your salmon on a cookie sheet and bake it for 10 minutes to get it warm.

Once the salmon is warm, remove the filet from the skin, and break it apart.

In a glass bowl, add the whipped cream cheese, and dill. Mix well

Assemble your hors d’ oeuvre. Cracker, cream cheese, and top with smoked salmon. YUMMY!!!

Makes 4 servings:

188.5 cals, 9.3 G fat, 11.3 G carb, 2 G fiber, 15.2 G pro, o G sugar

Cheers to another waistline friendly meal!
