Asparagus With Ricotta Cheese on Paleo Crust


What You Will Need:

Paleo crust made from the post below.

1 C fat-free ricotta cheese

1 C part skim mozzarella cheese

1 bunch of asparagus hard stems removed.

1/2 C lemon zest



Pre heat oven to 375.

Bake the crust according to directions on Paleo Pizza Crust for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread the ricotta cheese evenly on the crust.

Layer the cheese with asparagus. (You can grill them before hand if you would like.)

Sprinkle the mozzarella on top of the asparagus.

Top with lemon zest. (The smell of the lemon in the oven is amazing!)

Place back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste
