Paleo Pizza Crust

What You Will Need:

3 eggs

1 C full fat canned coconut milk

½ C Coconut flour

2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Oregano seasoning

½ tsp baking soda

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 375.

Lightly beat eggs and coconut milk in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients in the bowl with eggs and mix until the batter is smooth.

Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a spatula to smooth it into a thin circle or a rectangle.

Place in oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from oven and carefully flip over.

Add any topping you want then bake again for 10 more minutes.

*Makes 15 slices
