These brownie bites are so super easy to make which is a good thing since in the background Drunk In Love by Beyoncé is playing. It has such an addictive beat I cant help but dance around the kitchen. This makes it kinda fun too 😉 Just a small one.
It is amazing the wonderful yummy, delicious, healthy, treats you can make from EDEN.. Why would you want to put anything that is so processed into your body when there are way better options? I get that time is an issue for some people, but you have got to take care of your body to do the other things you need to spend your time on. I hope you find these as good as I do so you will have a non processed dessert in your arsenal.

What You Will Need:
1 1/2 C walnuts
1 C pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1/2 C dried unsweetened shredded coconut
No Oven necessary 🙂

In a blender, blend together walnuts, dates, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt.
Very slowly add a few drops of water to the blender until the ingredients start to stick together. (Should be no more that 1/4 C of water.)
Scoop out bite sized balls and roll them with your hands.
Roll in unsweetened coconut if you like, or crushed pecans.

Extra: The sugar content is high in here, but it comes from dates. Those beauties are healthy, sweet and full of yummy fiber. So don’t stress 🙂
