Shrimp Club Sandwich

What You Will Need:

1 tomato sliced

4 slices of thick cut bacon cooked

16  raw shrimp, tails removed, washed then grilled

1 avocado pitted and scooped out into bowl

1 Tbs garlic pepper

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 cup of coleslaw (made from yesterday’s post)

4 sandwich thins

*If you don’t eat bread use cabbage cups


Mix thawed out shrimp in cumin, and chili powder then grill or cook in a pan for 3 minutes on each side. (They will have a light pink color when done.)

Cook bacon on medium heat until crispy then set aside.

Mix scooped out avocado in a separate bowl with garlic powder then set aside.

Assemble your sandwich

Coleslaw, 1 bacon, 4 shrimp, 2 Tbs avocado, 1 slice of tomato.

Serving is 1 sandwich
