What You Will Need:
5 C shredded cabbage
1 carrot cut into matchstick sized pieces
1/6 C raw honey
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground mustard powder
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
On the stove, heat the apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, ground mustard, celery seed, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil then remove from heat.
In a bowl combine the cabbage and carrots then toss with the dressing.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving ( the longer it sits the better it is)
