Breakfast Power Sandwich


What You Will Need:

*Hopefully you made the biscuits yesterday  from the post bellow. You will only need a few minutes to assemble your power sandwich

Paleo biscuit cut in 1/2 and toasted

1 egg white (or whole egg) scrambled

1/4 c wilted spinach

1/2 slice of cooked thick slab bacon (try to buy the one with less ingredients)

Salt and pepper to taste


In a pan cook your bacon on medium heat then drain the grease.

Use the same pan to cook your egg and spinach in it.

*Assemble the ingredients on your biscuit. Wrap them in a paper towel and eat it on the road if your in a hurry.

If you like to add cheddar cheese or any cheese to your power sandwich add 110 calories for 1 ounce.
I like to add a splash of Tabasco to mine.
