Banana Ice Cream


What You Will Need:

3 large bananas sliced

2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean pods (If you are using vanilla bean pods, just cut in half length wise and scrape it out with the back of your knife)

1 1/2 ounces of walnuts divided into 1/2 ounce portions


Freeze sliced bananas for about 2 hours

When frozen, blend the bananas and vanilla together in a blender.

Scoop the banana purée into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

Sprinkle with 1/2 ounce of walnuts when serving

To make it extra indulgent add dark chocolate chips, or caramel sauce
