Apple Mug Muffin


What You Will Need:

1/4 tsp coconut oil or butter melted (10 seconds)

2 Tbsp natural no sugar added applesauce

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp maple syrup (sugar free is fine)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp baking powder

3 Tbsp almond flour

Pinch of salt


Coat your coffee mug with melted coconut oil (or butter)

Mix all the ingredients together in your coffee cup

Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds

Top with your favorite toppings. I like walnuts and golden raisins on mine.

You can enjoy it out of your mug, or turn cup upside down on a plate and serve with Banana Ice Cream.
