Cauliflower “Biscuits”

What You Will Need:

1 Head of cauliflower cored, broken into florets, and shredded with a cheese grader.
1/2 C almond flour
2 eggs
1/3 C bacon cooked and chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 jalapeño minced.
*Directions
 Heat oven to 400.
In a skillet cook the bacon then drain the fat.
In the same pan cook the cauliflower, bacon, jalapeño, and spices until the cauliflower has soften.
Remove from the heat and add the eggs and almond flour. Mix well.
With a 1/4 cup measuring spoon scoop out the mixture and press the mixture in to form a biscuit shape.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper flip over the measuring cup letting the mixture out in a biscuit form.
Bake for 30-40 minutes (or until golden brown).
*Makes 14 Biscuits
